Our condominium is located just besides the famous Bedok Reservoir Road Park. Bedok Reservoir Park is a hidden gem in the eastern part of Singapore that offers a unique experience combining adventure, nature, and culture. The park offers a wide range of outdoor activities such as jogging, hiking, cycling, kayaking, fishing, a playground, fitness corner, and obstacle course. We provide homestay services for overseas students in Singapore, including two to three meals a day, laundry, room service, schools research and courses consultation. Our apartment is only 5 minutes away from Bedok Reservoir MRT Station, a bus stop at our door step, with 24-hour security, a quiet environment, and complete facilities. It is close to Tampines and Bedok MRT stations, the largest commercial center in the east of Singapore. With convenient transportation, you can easily travel between various major attractions in Singapore.

There are convenience stores and 24-hour coffee shops around the apartment, making food, clothing, housing and transportation very convenient. Regular outings are organized on weekends or holidays to promote communication among your child and their understanding of Singaporean society.

Our Condominium is also strategically located near top international schools such as United World College of South East Asia (UWCSEA), Canadian International School, Middleton International School, Overseas Family School, Rosemount International School and NPS International School.

About the homeowners:

We are a Singaporean Chinese family. I am a Master’s degree holder working in an investment firm as a finance professional. I myself have attended and graduated from top schools such as Victoria Junior College, National University of Singapore and is familiar with the education system. I have an elderly mother who is currently retired and is experienced in handling household affairs. Parents can safely appoint us as the Guardians of your child studying and living here.

We will also check that your child does his schoolwork regularly with prompt submission of homework. Parents will be updated on their kid regularly. We provide healthy home cook meals daily. We are committed to giving your child an ideal, comfortable, safe and conducive learning environment so that your child can enjoy studying abroad.
